1. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and with original packaging. Include a receipt or proof of purchase. Be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made mattresses or personalized products, may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for: Opened or used pillows and duvets for hygiene reasons. Clearance or sale items (unless defective). Gift cards. Products with signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by improper use.

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at snoozelablimited@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
